I Made You A Mix Tape is back! Sunday, November 1st, the musical variety show, I Made You A Mixtape returns to Room 5 in Hollywood, featuring the talents of The Beamer Brothers and Will Todisco, Scott Fickas, Lia Richardson, Scott Pitts, Zach Selwyn, Campfire Cassettes and more. Proceeds from the show will go to help local guitar legend Josh Schwartz (guitarist of Winter Kills and Beachwood Sparks) who has been diagnosed with ALS.  Josh is in need of a wheelchair accessible van and Mix Tape is doing what it can to to help raise money and awareness.   So, come on out, enjoy some fantastic live music and support a great cause. The lineup will feature a retrospective of Winter Kills songs in honor of Josh and his former band.

And that’s not all! Campfire Cassettes will be playing tunes from their new album, Zach Selwyn is sure to dazzle the audience with his freestyles and Kirk Zipfel will be returning to the Room 5 stage for the first time since the release of his epic Lil’ Ronnie Hubbard video was shot by the I Made You A Mix Tape crowd.   Other Mix Tapers from the past have released some new videos as well.

Check out Danielle Woodrow’s “Locked” and Evalyn’s mash up of The Weekends “The Hills” and Kavinsky’s “Nightcall”.  These two might just pop into Mix Tape on November 1st as well.
